Grant Writing Masterclass: 85 Participants Complete Online Certification

RC ARGONET is proud to announce the successful conclusion of our intensive five-week Online Grant Writing Masterclass. This program has successfully certified 85 participants from throughout the Western Balkans, representing 12 diverse NGOs and local government organizations.

The curriculum was specifically designed to bridge the gap between project ideas and successful funding acquisitions, focusing on major international donors such as the **European Commission, USAID, and GIZ**.

Course Highlights

During the five-week program, participants mastered:

Needs Assessment and baseline data collection.
Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and Theory of Change.
Budget Planning and financial management of projects.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) indicators.
Writing compelling narratives for EU and international donors.

This masterclass is part of our broader Capacity Building Initiative, aimed at empowering local stakeholders with the skills necessary to secure and manage international funding for sustainable development projects in the region.
